We offer certain items as subscriptions, pre-orders, or try-before-you-buy. This policy explains how you can change or cancel these purchases:

Subscriptions

• Subscriptions provide repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select.
• Payment details are stored securely, and you'll be charged for each delivery unless you pay upfront.
• Some subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before renewal.
• You can cancel or modify your subscription anytime through the links in your order confirmation email.

Pre-Orders

• Pre-orders allow you to reserve products not yet in stock or inventory.
• Payment may be collected in full or partially at checkout, with the balance charged upon fulfillment.
• You can cancel a pre-order before it is fulfilled. If already fulfilled, you may request a refund as per our Returns Policy.

Try Before You Buy

• For try-before-you-buy items, we authorize your payment method before sending the order.
• You have a set trial period to decide whether to keep the item. If not returned within this period, your payment method will be charged.
