Return Policy
30-Day Return Window: You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
- In their original packaging with tags intact.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back. Please note, items sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
Inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We’ll resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are non-returnable:
- Perishables, customized products, personal care items, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids/gases.
- Gift cards and final sale items.
Exchanges:
To exchange an item, initiate a return and place a new order for the replacement.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you don’t see the refund after 15 business days, contact us for assistance.
European Union Customers:
EU customers have a 14-day cooling-off period to return items for any reason, per local regulations. Standard return eligibility applies.
